How Do You Get Big Things Done?

I’ve been reading Erica Dhawan‘s Get Big Things Done and appreciating how the power of connectional intelligence fuels not only big innovative work, but also big inclusive work. On our DEI team, we talk a lot about how inclusion is for everyone – working toward equity for those who have been marginalized inevitably benefits the whole community in the process.
By recognizing, analyzing, and removing barriers, we create safe places for everyone to share ideas and include new perspectives in our work. If we take steps to better connect, particularly across historically drawn boundaries, we have the power to Get Big Things Done For All!
